Camile, the healthy Thai food restaurant delivery service, is delighted to announce Irish model, Roz Purcell, as the latest guest ‘chef’ to collaborate with the brand, following in the footsteps of other successful partnerships with Indy Power, Kevin Thornton, Derval O’Rourke and Gary Rhodes. Roz has created a sweet potato pad Thai for Camile, which is available to order now for €12.9 until 12th October.
Roz’s sweet potato pad Thai is created with spiralised sweet potato, prawns, served with egg, red peppers, scallions, beansprouts, leeks and traditional pad Thai sauce. The finished dish is garnished with lime and peanuts. This unique take on a Thai classic is an incredibly tasty addition to the Camile menu.
Always an avid cook, Roz began her Natural Born Feeder blog in 2013. It is here she shares her passion for food and developing healthy recipes that fuel an active body. Health and wellbeing is at the forefront of Roz’s mind when she is creating a dish. She is an enthusiastic chef with only one prerequisite for any of her recipes – the ingredients must be non-processed and natural with no additives!
Commenting on the partnership with Camile, Roz Purcell said: ‘I’m really excited to work alongside Camille Thai. I’m a big fan of Thai food and Camile is always top of my list of places to go when I’m feeling like a healthy takeout. I love that Camille caters to suit everyone’s needs and offers a wide variety of healthy options which is a big plus. I was inspired by my recent trip to Thailand for my recipe. My favourite dish is Pad Thai so I decided to take a healthier approach to this traditional Thai dish by using sweet potato – the dish is bursting of flavour. I can’t wait to see what people think of it’
