With Autumn comes a myriad of colours, tastes and flavours and chef Evan Doyle of The Strawberry Tree restaurant uses his creative imagination to interpret the seasonal change with flair. Farm harvest produce arrives fresh to his kitchen every day and the daily menu reflects this and is only ever decided upon when all is delivered… it’s the organic ethos of the place.
In his cooking he and his team ensure that the flavours are awake and the diner, therefore, is in for a real gourmet experience. The Big Harvest however only arrives once a year when the menu bursts with all this wonderful produce, for all-too-brief cameo appearances, with a menu totally dedicated to The Farm.
