- 100g Gubeen Cheese
- 100g Chorizo Sausage, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4.
- Put the chorizo, Gubeen and oil in a food processor and pulse to a paste
- Spread the paste onto the puff pastry and roll up like a Swiss roll. Slice the roll into ½ inch slices. Place the slices, swirl-side-up on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
