Guinness Treacle Bread with Pickled Cucumber

Chef Shane Smith’s Guinness treacle bread with pickled cucumber is perfect for a savoury Afternoon Tea.

This is the ultimate modern twist on a classic cucumber sandwich and it might just be my new favourite combination.
