400g lamb steak, cut into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 chilli, chopped into thin strips
150g broccoli, cut into small florets
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp soy sauce
Coat the lamb steak in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Heat a large frying pan or wok over a high heat and fry the lamb in batches, removing to a plate when just cooked through.
Heat the remaining oil and add the onion, pepper, garlic and chilli and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and water, cover and steam for a further 2 minutes. Return the lamb to the pan with the soy sauce and bubble for 3 minutes, until the lamb is heated through and the sauce has reduced slightly.
